Lime Kaffir. Leaves and rind can all be used in curries, soups and salad dressings. Best suited for sunny, warm, frost free postions, but will grow in Canterbury with protection. Intensely fragrant. Protected site in rich, well drained soil. Ample summer water. Grows well in pots. 2m x 2m
